FAMILY:
This includes all your natural, adoptive, and
foster children 18 years of age and under.
Children 19 to 24 if they are in college full
time. Older parents that live in your home and
whom you fully support financially. Handicapped
children, siblings, or parents that can not work
because of their disabilities. For other special
circumstances talk to Barry or Sherry at the
PAC.
CORPORATE: Your employer or company must be a
Corporate Member and paid up on their corporate
participation fees. Either ask at your
employer’s payroll desk or at the front desk at
the PAC to see if your company qualifies.
Cancellation of Memberships:
To cancel a membership a
cancellation form must be filled out and signed
and any outstanding balance must be paid in
full. Outstanding balances consist of any months
not paid for regardless if you used the facility
or not. Cancellation will become effective on
the date the form is signed, turned in at the
front desk, and approved by the PAC employee on
duty. You will continue to be billed until you
cancel your membership. If you only want to stop
your membership for a few months, then let us
know, in advance, and we will hold off charging
you for those months.
Membership Cards:
Everyone must
be scanned into the system every time you come
in and out. The fastest way is to bring your
card each time, if not then memorize the number
above the bar code and we can enter it in
manually, but if the employee is busy then you
will need to wait until they can get to it.
Without your card or number we will have to look
up your name and that takes some time, since we
have out over 3,000 cards. You will need to stay
at the counter till we get you put into the
system. There is a $5.00 fee for lost or stolen
cards that have to be replaced. We have lanyards
available at the front desk for $3.00 each to
put your cards on.
